Recurring housekeeping
Weekly, every other week, or monthly. Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned properly, floors done throughout, dusting from the top down, beds made, and the small resets that make a house feel looked after.
Homes
The same small, vetted team every visit — in uniform, on our own payroll, insured for the house they are standing in. Recurring service, deep cleans, and move-outs across northwest Bergen.
What we do
Weekly, every other week, or monthly. Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned properly, floors done throughout, dusting from the top down, beds made, and the small resets that make a house feel looked after.
The first visit on most homes, and a seasonal reset after that. Inside the oven and refrigerator, cabinet fronts, baseboards and trim, door frames, window sills and tracks, light fixtures, and the grout that a normal visit does not reach.
An empty house cleaned end to end, priced flat by size rather than by the hour so the number does not move on you. Inside every cabinet and closet, appliances, and the details a walkthrough or a security deposit actually turns on.
Construction dust settles for weeks and gets into everything. This is a different job from a deep clean: HVAC vents and filters, fine dust on every horizontal surface and inside cabinetry, adhesive residue, sticker and label removal. See post-construction cleaning for the full scope.
Letting someone in
Hiring a cleaner is not really a decision about cleaning. It is a decision about handing a stranger a key to the place your family lives. Here is how we answer that.
Your house is assigned to a small team that keeps coming back. They learn where things go, which surfaces need care, and what you actually care about — none of which survives a rotating crew.
Every cleaner is a W-2 employee of this company, screened before they are assigned to any home, in uniform, and carrying identification. Nobody is subcontracted and nobody arrives unannounced.
General liability that covers the home we are working in — including damage to the surfaces we clean, which most policies exclude unless the endorsement was deliberately added. Details are on the credentials page.
If you would rather not be home, we agree the access arrangement in writing. Each employee has a unique alarm code rather than a shared one, and a key log is signed. Most clients stop being home by the third visit.
Where we clean
What it costs: how house cleaning is priced here. Town pages: Ridgewood. Moving out? See move-out cleaning, priced flat by home size. Renovating? See post-construction cleaning. Managing a building rather than a home? Commercial cleaning in Bergen County.
Not listed? Call anyway. If we can route it properly we will take it, and if we cannot we will say so rather than being late every other week.
Questions
We quote flat by the home, not by the hour, after we have seen it or talked through the square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, and how often you want us. A flat number means the price does not climb because a visit ran long, and it means you can compare us honestly against anyone else.
Only for the first visit, so we can walk the house together and note what matters to you. After that most clients hand over access and come home to a clean house. We agree the arrangement in writing either way.
Yes, everything. If you would rather we use specific products on particular surfaces — stone, unsealed wood, certain finishes — tell us at the walkthrough and we will use what you provide on those.
A regular visit maintains a house that is already clean. A deep clean resets one that is not, and reaches what recurring service skips: inside appliances, cabinet interiors, baseboards, trim, grout, window tracks and light fixtures. Most homes start with one, then move to recurring.
New Jersey charges 6.625% sales tax on residential cleaning, and any registered company is required to collect it. We show it as its own line rather than folding it into the price. If a quote you are comparing has no tax on it, ask why.
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it. No argument and no charge. What we will not do is hand you a discount instead of a correction.
We will see the house, talk through what you want kept up, and give you a flat number per visit. No obligation and nothing to sign. Call (201) 663-8828.
